Networth Training

I have just returned from a wonderful training session sponsored by IBEC and FAS. It was put together by an organisation called NETWORTH and delivered by a really professional lady called Sandra. The course was on how to structure and deliver a presentation. We learned all that and then we had to design and present ourselves in a 3 minute slot. Immediately after each presentation we got feedback from Sandra about how we had come across. Each presentation was videoed and she went over each one in detail when they were played back. A day very well spent indeed.
